New Inductees in our 2016 Miracle Million Club

Let’s give a virtual round of applause for the following:

  • Costco made the Miracle Million Club and did it $1 at a time, focusing on the simple ask. It’s a true testament of how small and simple things can bring about amazing results.

  • Cumulus is now in the MMC club. So far in 2016 they have raised over $1.5 million.  This has been accomplished with the addition of three new markets: San Francisco, Cincinnati and Knoxville.  This bring the total number of Cumulus Radiothons in the first half of the year to 10.
  • As a result of their Mix and Denver stations exceeding $1 million, both CBS and Entercom as broadcast companies qualify as MMC members. There will be about 11 more CBS Radiothons and 6 more Entercom events in the second half of the year.
  • iHeart Media exceeded the million dollar benchmark with 10 markets reaching terrific results so far in 2016. Over $1.5 million has been raised due to the influence of local talent and their creativity in finding new ways to increase exposure and the ask. One of the major sponsors in Albany, New York, increased their donation by $25,000 because they had a good year!

Thank you to the 12 stations that helped iHeart Media reach this mark:
